公安院校传统文化教育的现状及对策

摘　　要：目前,公安院校传统文化教育的现状是:公安院校大学生未能厘清优秀传统文化与传统文化的区别,认同传统文化的影响,但对传统文化知识的掌握程度有待提高;优秀传统文化对培育预备警官和开展公安工作有积极作用;多数公安院校大学生具有积极学习传统文化的主动性,性别和年级对公安院校大学生传统文化认知的影响差异较大,大一学生可塑性强。公安院校应当加强优秀传统文化教育,着力开展爱国情怀、社会责任、人格修养、职业精神教育,构建系统教育、舆论宣传、实践活动、行为养成相结合的传统文化教育长效机制。At present,the present situation of traditional culture education in police colleges is as follows:police college students fail to clarify the difference between excellent traditional culture and traditional culture and identify the influence of traditional culture,hut the mastery of traditional culture knowledge needs to be improved.Excellent traditional culture plays a positive role in cultivating reserve police officers and carrying out public security work,Most police college students are active in learning traditional culture and gender and grade have great differences in the cognition of traditional culture of the students in public security colleges and the freshmen have strong plasticity.Therefore,public security colleges should strengthen the education of excellent traditional culture,focus on the education of patriotism,social responsibility,personality cultivation and professionalism,and build a long-term mechanism of traditional culture education combining systematic education,public opinion propaganda,practical activities and behavior cultivation.
