摘  要:为探讨混合式教学模式对临床医学本科生培养批判性思维能力的效果.选取2016级、2017级在校全部临床医学本科生分别作为对照组和实验组,分别采用PBL+传统教学和PBL+蓝墨云班课+人卫教学助手等混合式教学模式,运用批判性思维能力测量表进行授课前后的评分测定.结果显示实验组比对照组学生的批判性思维能力有一定的提高.运用混合式教学模式进行循证医学的授课可以明显提高临床医学本科生的批判性思维能力.To explore the effect of mixed teaching mode in evidence-based medicine(EBM) course on clinical medicine undergraduates’ critical thinking ability,this paper selected all clinical medicine undergraduates of grade2016 and 2017 as the control group and the experimental group respectively.PBL+traditional teaching mode and PBL+Blue Ink Cloud class+human health teaching assistant teaching mode were adopted respectively.The critical thinking ability scale was used to measure the scores before and after the teaching.Results showed that the total scores of students’ critical thinking ability before the evidence-based medicine teaching were relatively low,and the total scores of the critical thinking ability survey after the evidence-based medicine teaching were significantly improved.The improvement of critical thinking ability of the experimental group was stronger than that of the control group.It come to the conclusion that the teaching of evidence-based medicine with mixed teaching mode can obviously improve the cultivation of clinical medicine undergraduates’ critical thinking ability.
