摘　　要：孤立性纤维瘤常发生于胸膜内而少见于胸膜外。发生于胸膜外的孤立性纤维瘤临床症状不典型且影像学诊断困难。我院收治1例原发于盆腔,术后复发并转移至膀胱的孤立性纤维瘤患者,行姑息性肿瘤切除术后3年,患者全身广泛转移死亡。Solitary fibroma often occurs in the pleura,but rarely outside the pleura.Extrapleural solitary fibroma has atypical clinical symptoms and difficult imaging diagnosis.Here,we report a case of solitary fibroma recurred and metastasized to the bladder after pelvic surgery.He was treated with palliative resection in our hospital.The patient died of systemic metastasis 3 years after operation.
