摘 要:目前套筒滚子链主要应用于链传动装置和刮板输送机运输装置。针对我国煤矿井下高效快速掘进系统和短壁开采系统中自移机尾的结构特点和使用要求,对套筒滚子链在自移机尾行走机构上的可行性应用进行研究。通过自移机尾结构排布和原理分析,证明套筒滚子链能满足自移机尾行走要求,同时有效减少自移机尾外形尺寸,提高自移机尾适应性,满足薄型、窄型巷道使用要求。At present, the sleeve roller chain is mainly used in chain transmission device and scraper conveyor transport device. According to the structural characteristics and application requirements of the self-moving tail in the efficient and rapid underground driving system and short-wall mining system in China, the feasibility application of the sleeve roller chain on the self-moving tail running mechanism is studied. Through the structure arrangement and principle analysis of the self-moving tail,it is proved that the sleeve roller chain can meet the requirements of the self-moving tail, at the same time effectively reduce the outline size of the self-moving tail, improve the adaptability of the self-moving tail, and meet the requirements of thin and narrow roadways.
