摘 要:为研究三节臂轮式液压挖掘机在铲斗挖掘方式下动臂辅助液压缸长度与整机理论挖掘力的关系,运用矢量力学方法,考虑主要的限制因素,推导在任意姿态下的最大理论挖掘力计算公式。借助三维建模技术和仿真软件建立三节臂轮式液压挖掘机的虚拟样机模型,并将动臂辅助液压缸长度取不同的值进行仿真。仿真结果表明,随着动臂辅助液压缸长度不断增加,整机理论挖掘力呈减小趋势,这为分析计算三节臂轮式液压挖掘机的性能提供了参考。In order to study the relationship between the length of the boom auxiliary cylinder and the theoretical excavation force of the three-arm wheeled hydraulic excavator in bucket digging mode,the vector mechanics method was applied and the main limiting factors were considered,the calculation formulas of maximum theoretical excavation force at any posture were derived.With the aid of 3D modeling technology and simulation software,the virtual prototype model of the three-arm wheeled hydraulic excavator was established,the length of the boom auxiliary cylinder was valued differently and then simulation was carried out.The simulation results showed the theoretical excavation force of the excavator decreased with the continuous increase in length of the boom auxiliary cylinder,which offered reference for analyzing and calculating the performance of the three-arm wheeled hydraulic excavator.
