摘　　要：本文在关联理论翻译观的指导下对新冠疫情医学文献的句法汉译技巧进行探究,以英文医学月刊Intensive Care Medicine的文献例句为载体,以关联理论的最佳关联、明示-推理和语境效果为切入点,通过研究汉语和英语的句法表述规律和特点,探索新冠疫情医学文献句法的汉译技巧。提出医学英语句法的被动句、复杂句和名词化结构句式译为汉语时可对应的技巧是语态变换、顺译逆译和转译。通过探究新冠疫情医学文献句法的翻译技巧,为奋战在疫情前线的医务人员提供更好的语言服务。Under the guidance of relevance theory,this paper explores the syntactic translation skills of COVID-19 medical thesis.Taking the examples of thesis from the Intensive Care Medicine as the carrier and the optimal relevance,ostensiveinferential principle and contextual effect of relevance theory as the entry point,the syntactic expression rules and characteristics of Chinese and English are studied to explore the syntactic translation skills of COVID-19 medical thesis.The corresponding skills for translating the passive,complex and nominalized sentences of medical English into Chinese are voice transformation,syntactic linearity,reverse translation and conversion.This paper explores the syntactic translation skills of COVID-19 medical thesis in order to provide better language services for medical personnel on the front lines of the epidemic.
