徐州市大学生医疗保险利用及认知度分析

摘　　要：目的了解徐州市大学生对医疗保险的利用情况及认知程度。方法2019年3-6月期间向徐州市中国矿业大学、徐州医科大学、江苏师范大学和徐州工程学院等4所高校发放调查问卷400份,问卷包括大学生对医疗保险的使用满意度相关内容,并对数据进行分析。结果剔除无效问卷后,回收有效问卷386份(96.5%)。徐州市大学生患病就医更倾向于校医院,大部分学生每学期的平均医疗费用<100元。在对医疗保险的利用度方面,医保卡的使用率为26.17%,且随着年级升高而增加。徐州市大学生对医疗保险的认知程度较低,过半数大学生基本不了解医疗保险的报销范围及制度等,但多数人认为医疗保险非常重要或者重要。结论徐州市大学生医疗保险利用率和认知程度不高,大学生需要加强对自身保障的关注程度,学校方面应当加强对医疗保险的宣传,大学生医保需要社会多方支持,医疗保障体系亟需进一步完善。Objective To understand the utilization and awareness on medical insurance among college students in Xuzhou City.Methods Totally 400 questionnaires were distributed to four universities in Xuzhou City(China University of Mining and Technology,Xuzhou Medical University,Jiangsu Normal University and Xuzhou Institute of Engineering)from March to June in 2019,and the questionnaire included the related content of college students’satisfaction with the use of medical insurance.The data were analyzed.Results After eliminating all of invalid questionnaires,totally 386 valid questionnaires were recovered in this investigation(96.5%).College students in Xuzhou City were more likely to seek medical treatment in school hospitals.The average medical cost of most students was less than 100 yuan per semester.In terms of the utilization of medical insurance,the utilization rate of medical insurance card was 26.17%,which increased with the increase of grade.College students in Xuzhou City had a low awareness of medical insurance,and more than half of them had little understanding of relevant policies and reimbursement scope of medical insurance.However,most college students thought medical insurance is very important or important.Conclusion The utilization rate and cognitive level of medical insurance among college students in Xuzhou City are not high.College students need to pay more attention to their own security,and colleges should strengthen the publicity of medical insurance.College Students’medical insurance needs social support,and the medical security system needs to be further improved.
