舒血宁注射液治疗对急性脑梗死后神经功能缺损及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合西医常规治疗对急性脑梗死后患者神经功能缺损及认知功能的影响。方法:将急性脑梗死患者93例随机分为对照组46例与观察组47例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒血宁注射液治疗。2组均治疗7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评测2组神经功能缺损和认知功能情况。结果:治疗后,2组神经功能缺损分级、认知功能分级均较治疗前改善,且观察组神经功能缺损、认知功能改善均优于对照组,经秩和检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),MMSE评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组2项评分改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液联合西医常规治疗急性脑梗死,对患者神经功能缺损和认知功能均有明显的改善效果。Objective:To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with routine western medicine treatment on neurological function defect and cognitive function of patients after acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 93 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,46 and 47 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was additionally given Shuxuening injection based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups received two courses,seven days being a course. After treatment,neurological function defect and cognitive function in the two groups were evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE). Results:After treatment, grading of neurological function defect and cognitive function in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and MMSE scores were increased(P<0.05);the improvement of the two scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined therapy of Shuxuening injection and routine western medicine treatment has significant improvement effect on neurological function defect and cognitive function.
