穴位贴敷联合常规护理干预脾胃虚寒型消化功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷联合常规护理干预对脾胃虚寒型消化功能障碍的影响。方法:将88例消化内科收治确诊为脾胃虚寒型消化功能障碍患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理干预如指导患者慢走、慢跑、太极拳、腹部按摩等,观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷。观察比较2组干预前后中医证候积分变化、消化不良指数(NDI)评分及胃肠激素[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)]水平变化。结果:干预后,2组胃脘隐痛、饱胀、神疲倦怠、畏寒肢冷等中医证候积分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组NDI评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组NDI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组GAS水平较干预前降低(P<0.05)、MTL水平较干预前升高(P<0.05);且观察组GAS、MTL水平改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合常规护理干预可缓解脾胃虚寒型消化功能障碍患者症状,恢复胃肠道消化能力,改善血清胃肠激素水平。Objective: To observe the effect of the therapy of point application combined with conventional nursing on digestive dysfunction of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach type. Methods: A total of 88 patients with digestive dysfunction of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was intervened withconventional nursing,such as guiding the patients to walk slowly,go jogging,exercise taijiquan,perform abdominal massage,etc.,and the observation group was additionally intervened with point application based on the treatment of the control group. The changes of Chinese medicine syndrome score, dyspepsia score and gastrointestinal hormone levels before and after intervention in the two groupswereobserved and compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of syndromes such as dull pain in the stomach cavity,fullness and distension,mental fatigue,fear of cold and cold limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of Nippon Indigestion Index(NDI) and motilin(MTL) were significantly higher than those in the control group;the level of gastrin(GAS) in serum was lower than that in the control group;differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Thetherapy of point application combined conventional nursingcan relieve the symptoms of patients with digestive dysfunction of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach type,restore gastrointestinal digestive ability and improve gastrointestinal hormones in serum.
