摘 要:本文以银百高速公路(G69)甜水堡经庆城至永和段工程项目TYLM5标段为例,针对连续陡坡路段桥面沥青铺装层早期车辙、推移和水损坏严重等问题,采取0.45次幂最大密度曲线及Superpave混合料设计方法、乳化沥青撒布涂刷装置以及水平振荡压实技术,使施工全过程处于安全、稳定、快速、优质的可控状态,并保证桥面铺装层达到预期服役性能;相比原有施工技术成本变化不大,同时渗水系数、抗滑性能、厚度等均能满足设计及规范要求。This article is based on project in the TYLM5 section of the Yinchuan-Baise Expressway(G69)Tianshuibao via Qingcheng to Yonghe section,aiming at the problems of rut,displacement and water damage of asphalt pavement on continuous steep slope section.0.45 power maximum density curve,Superpave mixture design method,emulsified asphalt spreading and brushing device and horizontal oscillation compaction technology are adopted.These technologies make the whole construction process in a safe,stable,fast and high-quality controllable state,and ensure that the bridge deck pavement achieves the expected service performance.In addition,compared with the original construction technology,the cost of the bridge deck pavement has little change,and the water permeability coefficient,anti-sliding performance and thickness can meet the design and specification requirements.
