探索性眼球活动与精神分裂症患者临床症状的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨探索性眼球活动与精神分裂症患者临床症状的相关性。方法选取2017年01月~2018年12月本院收治的58例精神分裂症患者作为此次研究的观察主体。入院后,对患者的反应性探索(RSS)、凝视点数(NEF)进行检测,同时在患者接受为期6周的抗精神病治疗后,追踪分析RSS、NEF与阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分之间的关系。结果治疗前,RSS和NEF与PANSS总分、一般精神病理症状量表评分和阳性症状量表评分均呈负相关。而治疗后仅RSS与阳性症状量表评分均呈负相关。结论探索性眼球活动可能与精神分裂症患者阳性症状具有紧密的关系。Objective To explore the correlation between exploratory eye movement and clinical symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 58 patients with schizophrenia from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were taken as the observation subjects in this study.To detect treatment.eye fixation(NEF)and the responsive search scores(RSS)at admission,and to analyze the relationship between RSS,NEF and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores after patients received 6 weeks of antipsychotic.Results Before treatment,RSS and NEF were negatively correlated with PANSS total score,general psychopathological symptom scale score and positive symptom scale score.After treatment,only RSS was negatively correlated with the score of positive symptom scale.Conclusion Exploratory eye movements may be closely associated with positive symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.
