摘 要:目的探讨生态心理视域下来华留学生抑郁障碍影响因素,重点考察依恋焦虑、自尊和学术适应对留学生抑郁障碍的影响。方法研究选取来自南京中医药大学和江苏大学331名来华留学生作为研究对象,运用自评抑郁量表、成人依恋量表、自尊和学术适应量表进行测验。结果留学生抑郁障碍总分在性别维度上存在显著差异(t=-2.098,P<0.05)。依恋焦虑不仅可以直接预测抑郁障碍,还可以通过自尊间接预测抑郁障碍。学术适应不仅可以直接预测抑郁障碍,还可以通过自尊和依恋焦虑的中介作用对抑郁障碍产生影响。结论自尊在留学生依恋焦虑和抑郁障碍中起到中介作用。依恋焦虑和自尊在学术适应影响抑郁障碍之间起到中介作用。Objective To explore the influencing factors of depression in international students in China from the perspective of ecological psychology,focusing on the effects of attachment anxiety,self-esteem and academic adaptation on depression in Chinese students.Methods In this study,331 international students from Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine and Jiangsu University were selected as the subjects and tested with self-rated depression scale,adult attachment scale,self-esteem and academic adaptation scale.Results There was a significant difference between the gender and the total score of depression(t=-2.098,P<0.05).Attachment anxiety can not only directly predict depression,but also indirectly predict depression through self-esteem.Academic adaptation can not only directly predict depression,but also influence depression through the mediating effect of self-esteem and attachment anxiety.Conclusion Self-esteem plays an intermediary role in attachment anxiety and emotional disability of foreign students.Attachment anxiety and self-esteem mediate the influence of academic adaptation on depression.
