摘 要:为了研究紫花苜蓿根瘤菌表型多样性,推进根瘤菌种质资源的有效利用,试验以分离自东北地区紫花苜蓿根瘤中的81株菌作为供试菌株,对其进行10项表型性状测定和聚类分析,再将表型良好的菌株回接,研究其对宿主生长的影响。结果表明:东北地区紫花苜蓿根瘤菌具有较强的耐盐性和耐酸碱性。所有供试菌株若以遗传距离的远近为分类界限,可以聚为两大类群:Ⅰ群有76株菌,在85.3%相似水平聚合;Ⅱ群有5株菌,在90.3%相似水平聚合。回接菌株为CYSH的植株平均干重最高,可达到66.40 mg/株,明显高于空白对照(20.00 mg/株)。说明筛选自东北地区的优质菌株具有接种紫花苜蓿的巨大潜力,可提高紫花苜蓿的生产力。In order to research the diversity of alfalfa rhizobia and promote the effective utilization of rhizobia germplasm resources, 81 strains isolated from alfalfa rhizobia in the northeast of China were used as experimental strains for the determination of 10 phenotypic traits and the cluster analysis, then strains with good phenotype were inoculated to research their effects on the growth of the host. The results showed that alfalfa rhizobia in the northeast of China had strong salt resistance and acid-base resistance. All the tested strains could be clustered into 2 groups according to genetic distance: group Ⅰ had 76 strains and aggregated at 85.3% similarity level, group Ⅱ had 5 strains and aggregated at 90.3% similarity level. After inoculation to the host, the average dry weight of plants with the CYSH strain was the highest, reaching 66.40 mg/plant, which was significantly higher than that in the control(20.00 mg/plant). The results indicated that the high-quality strains selected in the Northeast had great potential for inoculation of alfalfa and could improve the productivity of alfalfa.
