摘  要:为探索油菜高活力种子的适宜收获期和后熟处理方式,以甘蓝型油菜湘杂油420、湘杂油787为材料,设置6个收获期、2种后熟处理方式,对不同处理油菜种子的活力进行比较分析。结果表明,在盛花后34~45 d内收获,随着收获期的延迟,种子千粒质量、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数呈增加趋势,电导率呈下降趋势。后熟处理具有显著提高种子粒重和活力的效果,室内阴干比自然晾晒效果更佳。收获期太迟,后熟处理效果不明显,且种子活力有下降趋势。湘杂油420在盛花后40~42 d收获,后熟处理4 d,其种子活力最高;湘杂油787在盛花后41~43 d收获,后熟处理4 d,其种子活力最高。In order to explore the suitable harvest time and post-ripening treatment method of high-vigorous seed for rapeseed(Brassica napus L.),Xiangzayou 420 and Xiangzayou 787 were used as materials,and 6 harvest periods and 2 post-ripening treatments were set up to compare and analyze the seed vigor of different treatments in the experiment.The results showed that the thousand kernel weight,germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of seeds were increased gradually,while the electrical conductivity decreased synchronously with the delayed of harvest time within 34~45 days after full-blossom.The post-ripening treatments had significant effects on increasing seed weight and vigor,and the effect of indoor drying treatment was better than that of natural drying treatment.If the harvest time was delayed,the effect of post-ripening treatment was not obvious,and the seed vigor had a downward trend.The seed vigor of Xiangzayou 420 was the highest when it was harvested at 40-42 days after full-blossom and post-ripening for 4 days,while which of Xiangzayou 787 was the highest when it was harvested at 41-43 days after full-blossom and post-ripening for 4 days.
