摘  要:随着金属矿山的大规模开发与利用,给矿山企业带来巨大经济利益的同时,也给地方居民造成了重大的影响,引发了多起企业与地方的矛盾。研究金属矿山地下开采对地表建筑物影响和预测,妥善化解企地矛盾是十分必要的。介绍了“三带理论”、塌陷角和岩石移动角等评价方法,并结合工程实例进行了分析评价,为妥善化解企地矛盾和矿山开采设计提供了参考。With the large-scale development and utilization of metal mines,it not only brings huge economic benefits to mining enterprises,but also has a significant impact on local residents,which causes many conflicts between enterprises and local governments.It is very necessary to study the influence of underground mining on the surface buildings of metal mines and to predict it.This paper introduces the evaluation methods of“three zones theory”,collapse angle and rock movement angle,and analyzes and evaluates them in combination with engineering examples,which provides reference for resolving conflicts between enterprises and land and mining design.
