摘  要:目的探讨情境模拟教学法应用于妇产科腹部手术患者术后护理的教学效果。方法以某校2014级护理学本科中美合作55人为对照组,2015级护理学本科中美合作办学87人为观察组。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用情境模拟教学法,两种教学法应用于腹部手术患者术后护理,比较两种教学法的学生满意度以及教学效果。结果观察组学生满意度高于对照组,观察组期末考试中本章节试题得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情境模拟教学法应用于妇产科腹部手术患者术后护理的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the teaching effect of situational simulation teaching method in postoperative nursing of patients after abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods Fifty-five nursing undergraduates of grade 2014 were selected as the control group,and Eighty-seven nursing undergraduates of grade 2015 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method.The two teaching methods were applied to the postoperative nursing of patients with abdominal surgery.The student satisfaction and teaching effect of the two teaching methods were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The score of this chapter in the final examination of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of situational simulation teaching method in postoperative nursing of patients with abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department is significantly better than that of traditional teaching method,which is worth learning.
