摘　　要：连续创业作为习惯性创业的重要组成部分,正受到学者们越来越多的关注。采用纵向多案例研究方法,基于“机会-能力”匹配视角研究连续创业者创业认知与创业活动有效性的关系,发现:在机会发现阶段,即兴创业能力有利于创业有效性的实现;在机会识别阶段,双元创业能力对创业有效性具有“双刃剑效应”,当创业者出现控制错觉时表现为消极影响;在机会创造阶段,双元创业能力“双刃剑效应”的先前经验可以保障创业有效性的实现。在资源匮乏、机会转瞬即逝的创业情境下,创业者对创业认知规律的把握有助于创业企业实现稳中求变的发展目标,为创业者提升创业有效性提供有益的启示。Serial entrepreneurs have gained more and more attention from scholars as they are an important part of habitual entrepreneurship.Based on the“opportunity-competence”fit perspective,this paper discusses the relationship between entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial effectiveness using a longitudinal multi-case study.We find that at the stage of opportunity discovery,improvisational entrepreneurial competence is conducive to the realization of entrepreneurial effectiveness;at the stage of opportunity recognition,ambidextrous entrepreneurial competence has a“double-edged sword effect”and negatively affects entrepreneurial effectiveness when control illusion emerges.At the stage of opportunity creation,the previous experience of ambidextrous entrepreneurial competence affects entrepreneurial effectiveness positively.In the entrepreneurial context of scarce resources and fleeting opportunities,entrepreneurs’grasp of entrepreneurial cognitive laws is helpful for their enterprises to achieve the development goal of seeking change in stability,and provides beneficial enlightenment for entrepreneurs to enhance the entrepreneurial effectiveness.
