摘　　要：目的观察赛肤润对恶性肿瘤患者放射性皮炎的预防效果。方法选择本院2018年1月至2019年12月进行放射治疗的恶性肿瘤患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组放疗开始后即使用赛肤润涂抹放射野内皮肤,对照组按传统处理方法,即保持皮肤清洁、干燥,不使用皮肤防护剂,对比两组放射性皮炎发生情况及放疗完成情况。结果试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级放射性皮炎发生率分别为80%、15%、5%,对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级放射性皮炎发生率分别为17.5%、60%、22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组出现放射性皮炎的时间晚于对照组,放疗完成率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赛肤润早期干预能减少恶性肿瘤患者放射性皮炎的发生。Objective To observe the preventive effect of Sanyrene on radiation dermatitis in patients with malignant tumor. Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant tumor received radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. After the start of radiotherapy, the experimental group was treated by smearing the skin inside the radiation field with Sanyrene, while the control group was treated by the traditional method, that was keeping the skin clean and dry, and no skin protectant was used. The occurrence of radiation dermatitis and the completion of radiotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The rates of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ radiodermatitis in the experimental group were 80%,15% and 5% respectively, and 17.5%,60% and 22.5% respectively in the control group(P<0.05). The time of occurrence of radiodermatitis in the experimental group was significantly later than that in the control group, and the completion rate of radiotherapy was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early intervention of Sanyrene can reduce the occurrence of radiation dermatitis in patients with malignant tumor.
