摘  要:目的探索脑膜瘤蛋白1抗体(MN1)与脑胶质瘤的病理分级的关系及临床意义。方法选取2015年7月至2018年7月于本院术后病理为脑胶质瘤患者87例,按胶质瘤病理分级分为低度恶性神经胶质瘤组(LG组,29例)和高度恶性神经胶质瘤组(HG组,58例),收集两组受检者的肿瘤组织并检测MN1、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和重组人胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-5(IGFBP5)mRNA和蛋白,并随访患者术后2年生存情况;分析MN1与肿瘤标志物IGF-1、IGFBP5的关系,以及与胶质瘤分级和临床预后的关系。结果MN1 mRNA与蛋白水平在LG组高于HG组,且与肿瘤分级负相关,与临床预后呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MN1 mRNA与IGF-1 mRNA、IGFBP5 mRNA表达呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在LG组MN1低表达亚组生存率低于高表达亚组,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),在HG组MN1低表达亚组生存率低于高表达亚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MN1可以作为预测胶质瘤预后的指标,并可作为辅助神经胶质瘤分级的一项指标。Objective To explore the relationship between meningoma 1(MN1)and pathological grade of glioma and its clinical significance.Methods From July,2015 to July,2018,a total of 87 patients with gliomas was divided into low-grade gliomas group(LG Group,29 cases)and high-grade gliomas group(HG group,58 cases)according to the pathological grade of gliomas.Tumor tissues of the two groups were collected and performed for MN1 and insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1)expression detection.The mRNA and protein expressions of MN1,IGF-1 and IGFBP5 were analyzed followed by the analysis of the 2-year survival of patients.The relationship between MN1 and tumor markers,such as IGF-1 and IGFBP5,as well as the relationship with glioma grade and clinical prognosis were analyzed.Results The levels of MN1 mRNA and protein in LG group were higher than those in HG group,and negatively correlated with tumor grade,and positively correlated with clinical prognosis.MN1 mRNA was negatively correlated with IGF-1 mRNA and IGFBP5 mRNA expression.In LG group,MN1 mRNA and protein levels were higher than those in HG group.The survival rate of low expression subgroup was lower than that of high expression subgroup,but no significant difference was shown.In HG group,the survival rate of MN1 in low expression subgroup was significantly lower than that in high expression subgroup.Conclusion MN1 could be used as an index to predict the prognosis of gliomas and assist the grading of gliomas.
