摘　　要：目的:探索大型公立医院实行党委领导下的院长负责制的标准化实现路径。方法:通过文本研究与调研,分析医院党委会、院长办公会议题、“三重一大”事项有关规定和实践,确定标准化实施路径和工作思路。结果:实行党委领导下的院长负责制,尚处于探索阶段,标准化程度相对较低;中日友好医院从制度、流程和保障措施等方面进行了标准化建设,取得了明显成效。结论:研究党委领导下的院长负责制标准化路径,探索建立新的议事决策机制和流程,可以保障党委领导作用的有效发挥。Objective:To explore the standardization path of implementing the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee in large public hospitals.Methods:Through textual research and investigation,analyze the relevant regulations and practices of the hospital party committee,the president’s office meeting,and the"three important and one large"issues,and determine the standardization implementation path and work ideas.Result:The implementation of the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee is still in the exploratory stage,and the degree of standardization is relatively low;the China-Japan Friendship Hospital has carried out standardized construction in terms of system,process and safeguard measures,and has achieved significant results.Conclusion:Studying the standardization path of the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee and exploring the establishment of new decision-making mechanisms and processes can ensure the effective play of the leadership role of the party committee.
