摘 要:北京口腔医院根据北京市医院管理中心2013年提出对公立医院的年度绩效考核目标,以及2019年国务院颁布的《关于开展三级公立医院绩效考核的意见》等文件要求,建立了较为科学合理的绩效考评指标体系,通过社会评价、内部管理、运行效率和学科发展4个维度将医院的战略目标分解到各职能科室与临床医疗医技科室,进而分解到每个岗位每个员工。根据部门职能和专业特点,设立不同的绩效考评指标,采用阶段线性计分法和排名定分法相结合的评分标准,通过现场考核和非现场考核相结合方法,按季进行考核。运用这种考核方法,将医院、部门、个人绩效有机地结合起来,通过多年的实践,有效促进了医院绩效的进步,实现了医院的战略目标,提高了患者满意度,为医院的发展作出应有的贡献。Beijing Stomatological Hospital has established a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system through years of exploration according to the annual performance evaluation objectives of public hospitals put forward by Beijing hospital management center in 2013 and the requirements of“opinions on carrying out performance evaluation of Grade Ⅲ public hospitals”issued by the State Council in 2019 The strategic objectives of the hospital are divided into functional departments and clinical medical technology departments,and then into each post and each employee.According to the functions and professional characteristics of departments,different performance evaluation indicators are set up.The scoring standard of stage linear scoring method and ranking scoring method is adopted.The assessment is conducted quarterly through the combination of on-site assessment and off-site assessment.Through years of practice,it has effectively promoted the progress of hospital performance,achieved the strategic goal of the hospital,improved patient satisfaction,and made due contributions to the development of the hospital.
