关于缺盆穴临床应用的思考

摘　　要：检索古代及近年来关于缺盆穴的研究与应用的相关文献,总结缺盆穴的古今应用及研究进展,并从中探讨缺盆穴临床使用的特点与禁忌。缺盆穴的位置独特,与多条经脉经气通达,作用广泛。针刺时应选用合适的角度针刺避免气胸,推拿可避免气胸且对部分疾病疗效好。根据缺盆的作用,可选用合适的治疗手段,扩大其临床应用范围。The ancient and recent literature on the research and application of Quepen point(ST12) was searched to summarize its application and research progress from ancient to modern times, and discuss the characteristics and contraindications of its clinical application. Located at unique position and connected with multiple channels and channel qi,Quepen point has a wide range of application. During acupuncture,proper angles should be selected to avoid pneumothorax.Tuina can avoid pneumothorax and has good curative effect on some diseases. According to the effect of Quepen point,appropriate treatment methods should be selected to expand its clinical application.
