摘 要:掘进机是煤矿机械化采掘作业中的重要机械化设备,掘进截割装置减速器则是掘进机工作装置中的重要传动部件,减速器齿轮传动结构强度的合理设计可有效提高掘进机截割工作装置传动系统的可靠性。以EBZ120型掘进机截割减速器齿轮传动系统为研究对象,通过Romax Designer动力学分析软件获得减速器额定工况下行星减速机构齿轮传动的载荷信息,并以此为基础应用有限元分析方法对减速器行星传动系统多齿轮耦合传动状态下的结构强度进行分析验证。结果表明,应用多体动力学分析方法可精确获得减速器行星架负载转矩,为齿轮传动系统结构强度计算提供精确的边界条件,而且整体行星齿轮系计算,能够有效降低计算过程中太阳轮与多行星轮接触载荷的相互影响,提升计算边界条件与实际齿轮传动的相似度。Roadheader is the important mechanized equipment in mechanized mining operation of coal mines.Reducer of roadheader cutting device is an important transmission part of roadheader working device.The reasonable design of gear transmission structure strength of reducer can effectively improve the reliability of transmission system of roadheader cutting device.Taking gear transmission system of cutting part of EBZ120 roadheader as the research object,the loader information of planetary reducer gear transmission under rated working condition of reducer is obtained through Romax Designer dynamic analysis software,and on this basis,the structural strength of reducer planetary transmission system under state of multi-gear coupling transmission is analyzed and verified by finite element analysis method.The results show that the application of multi-body dynamics analysis method can accurately obtain the load torque of reducer planetary carrier and provide accurate boundary conditions for structural strength calculation of gear transmission system.Moreover,calculation of overall planetary gear system can effectively reduce the interaction of contact load between sun gear and multi-planetary gear in the calculation process,and improve the similarity between boundary conditions calculation and actual gear transmission.
