摘　　要：临床治疗干眼主要采取泪液替代疗法,但目前临床上常用的人工泪液产品仅针对其生物力学性能进行了优化,而不包含必需的泪液成分,如生长因子,抗菌因子等。自体血清使用历史悠久,是临床目前较人工泪液更为理想的泪液补充液,它既能补充泪膜,又能营养眼表,且成分天然、不易致敏。随着其作用机制研究的不断深入,对自体血清认识的加深,进一步改善了干眼症的临床疗效。The clinical treatment of dry eye mainly takes tear replacement therapy,but the commercially available artificial tears all products have been optimized only for their biomechanical properties and do not contain essential tear components such as growth factors,antimicrobial factors,etc.Autologous serum,which has a long history of use and is clinically more desirable than artificial tears,can both supplement the tear film and nourish the ocular surface with natural and not susceptible to sensitization ingredients.As its mechanism of action research continues to deepen,the understanding of autologous serum deepens,and it further improves the clinical efficacy of dry eye.
