摘　　要：目的探讨在进行子宫切除手术时,将简化子宫捆绑术应用于腹腔镜下免举宫子宫切除中的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。方法选择2019年6月至2020年4月惠民县妇幼保健院60例接受腹腔镜下子宫切除手术的患者,按照系统随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组患者选择常规腹腔镜手术,试验组患者将简化子宫捆绑术应用于患者的治疗中,在治疗完成后对两组患者的各项手术指标及出现的不良反应进行对比。结果试验组患者在治疗后的各项手术指标相较于对照组来说明显更优,各数据进行对比分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者相较于对照组来说,不良反应发生率更低,两组数据经对比分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对子宫切除手术患者进行治疗时,采用简化子宫捆绑术配合腹腔镜进行治疗,在临床上具有良好的应用价值,并且这种手术方案的不良反应发生率较低,值得进一步的推广。Objective To investigate the effect of simplified uterine banding in laparoscopic lift free hysterectomy and analyze its clinical value.Methods From June 2019 to April 202060 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy who were registered in Huimin Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research period.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the system.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional laparoscopic surgery,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with simplified uterine binding surgery.After the treatment,the operation indexes of the two groups were recorded,including operation time,blood loss during operation,length of hospital stay,and adverse reactions after the treatment.Results The operation indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the experimental results,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hysterectomy,the use of simplified uterine binding surgery combined with laparoscopic treatment has good clinical value,and the incidence of adverse reactions of this surgical scheme is low,which is worthy of further promotion.
