急性牙髓炎一次性根管与多次根管治疗的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨急性牙髓炎应用一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗的效果比较。方法选取苏州工业园区星海医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的80例急性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组选择多次根管治疗,观察组选择一次性根管治疗。比较两组临床效果、不良反应、治疗周期、治疗后疼痛评分以及随访3个月时患者对治疗效果满意程度。结果观察组总有效率、随访3个月对治疗效果满意率分别高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率、治疗周期、治疗后疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性牙髓炎应用一次性根管治疗,相比多次根管治疗,不仅可缩短治疗周期,减少不良反应,而且能减轻疼痛,治疗效果更佳,促使患者满意度提高,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the effects of one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy on acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 80 cases of acute pulpitis patients admitted to Xinghai Hospital of Suzhou Industrial Park from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given multiple root canal treatment,and the observation group was given one-time root canal treatment.The clinical effect,adverse reactions,treatment cycle,pain score after treatment,and patients'satisfaction with the treatment effect after 3 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the satisfaction rate of treatment effect after 3 months follow-up in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate,treatment cycle and pain score after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis,compared with multiple root canal therapy,can not only shorten the treatment cycle,reduce adverse reactions,but also reduce pain,the treatment effect is better,promote patient satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
