术前米非司酮预处理对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者肿瘤直径、手术指标的影响

摘　　要：目的子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗患者在术前通过米非司酮预处理,对患者的肿瘤直径以及手术指标的影响效果进行研究分析。方法抽取重庆市合川区中医院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将60例患者分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组患者单纯通过腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,观察组在术前通过米非司酮预处理,对两组患者的手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、术中输血率)以及子宫肌瘤平均直径进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、术中输血率分别为:(60.13±13.19)min、(88.05±22.46)mL、(4.06±0.86)d、0.0%(0/30),对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、术中输血率分别为:(98.76±33.81)min、(129.76±28.67)mL、(5.43±0.95)d、13.3%(4/30),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的子宫肌瘤平均直径小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术患者通过术前米非司酮预处理,患者的肿瘤直径大大减小,手术指标显著改善,值得推广。Objective To study and analyze the effect of mifepristone pretreatment on tumor diameter and surgical parameters of patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma in Chongqing Hechuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated only by laparoscopic myomectomy,while the observation group was pretreated with mifepristone based on the control group.The operation indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,average hospitalization time,intraoperative blood transfusion rate)and the average diameter of uterine fibroids of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,average hospitalization time and intraoperative blood transfusion rate of the observation group were(60.13±13.19)min,(88.05±22.46)mL,(4.06±0.86)d and 0.0%(0/30),respectively.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,average hospitalization time and intraoperative blood transfusion rate of the control group were(98.76±33.81)min,(129.76±28.67)mL and(5.43±0.95)d,3%(4/30)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average diameter of uterine fibroids in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After preoperative mifepristone pretreatment for myomectomy,the tumor diameter of patients is greatly reduced and surgical indexes are significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion.
