国家公派研究生项目培养成效对比分析初探——以S大学公派留学生为例

摘　　要：国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目设立至今,已有众多学生依托该项目出国留学,取得了一定成效,但仍存在一些不足。文章以S大学为例,对学生职业规划发展、自身素质以及跨国文化素养方面进行认知调查,分析学生公派留学所获成效,并建议从丰富留学体验、增强学生家国意识、提高教育目标与质量方面进行改进,扩大学生留学成效,为更全面探索高水平项目培养成效的提升提供借鉴。Since the establishment of the projects of China Scholarship Council(CSC)for high-level university postgraduate students,many students have relied on the projects to study abroad,and have achieved certain results.But there are still some problems.Taking S university as an example,this study makes a cognitive survey on the development of the students’career planning,their quality,and their intercultural communication literacy.This paper analyzes the training effectiveness of CSC students’overseas study,and proposes to expand the training effectiveness of the CSC projects from the aspects of enriching the experience of studying abroad,enhancing students’sense of patriotism,and improving the educational goal and quality,so as to provide a reference for the more comprehensive exploration of the improvement of high-level project training effectiveness.
