摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施以来,国家对培养高质量各类型的工程技术应用人才提出了更高要求,因此实践教学改革,迫在眉睫。文章从目前资源勘查工程专业工程实践能力培养的现状出发,在现阶段用人单位对资源勘查工程毕业生的需求和要求的基础上,有针对性提出了五条相应的教学改革方案和具体实施内容,并在实践中取得了较好的效果,有效提升了学生的工程实践能力。Since the implementation of the“Education and Training Programme of Outstanding Engineers”,the state has put forward higher requirements for the training of high-quality applied talents in various fields of engineering and technology.Therefore,practice teaching reform is urgent.Based on the current situation of the practical ability training of resource exploration engineering major,and on the basis of the demands and requirements of the employers for the graduates of resource exploration engineering major at the present stage,this paper puts forward five corresponding teaching reform plans and some specific implementation contents,and good results have been achieved in practice,which has effectively improved the students’engineering practical ability.
