我国牙科焦虑症研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国牙科焦虑症研究的现状及发展趋势,为今后相关研究提供参考依据。方法在中国知网(CNKI)数据库中以主题词为“牙科焦虑”或“牙科恐惧”或“牙科畏惧”为检索式,检索CNKI建库至2020年10月31日我国牙科焦虑症领域的相关文献,使用文献计量学软件CiteSpace对相关文献的年发文量、发文作者、研究机构、关键词等进行分析。结果共纳入494家机构,638名学者的941篇期刊论文;1986年~2020年该领域发文量整体呈上升趋势;发文最多的学者为吴友农,发文机构分布广泛且合作极少,网络密度仅为0.0009(<0.1);该领域研究热点及前沿主要集中在发病人群、影响因素、防治措施、测评4个方面。结论牙科焦虑症领域的发文量整体呈上升趋势,其研究热点及前沿为牙科焦虑症的测评、影响因素分析及防治措施,但该领域发文作者及各研究机构间缺少合作,应加强机构间的合作,从而进一步拓展该领域的研究深度和广度。Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of dental anxiety research in my country,and to provide reference for related research in the future.Methods In the CNKI database,the keyword"dental anxiety"or"dental fear"or"dental scared"is used as the search style.Search the relevant literature in the field of dental anxiety in my country from the establishment of the CNKI database to October 31,2020,and use the bibliometrics software CiteSpace to analyze the annual number of articles,the authors,research institutions,and keywords of the relevant literature.Results A total of 494 institutions and 941 journal papers by 638 scholars were included.From 1986 to 2020,the number of publications in this field showed an overall upward trend;the scholar who published the most articles was Wu Younong,with a wide distribution of publications and very few collaborations,and the network density was only 0.0009(<0.1);The research hotspots and frontiers in this field mainly focus on the four aspects of disease population,influencing factors,prevention and treatment measures,and evaluation.Conclusion The number of publications in the field of dental anxiety is on the rise.The research hotspots and frontiers are the evaluation,analysis of influencing factors,and prevention and treatment of dental anxiety.However,there is a lack of cooperation between authors and research institutions in this field.Inter-institutional cooperation should be strengthened.Cooperation to further expand the depth and breadth of research in this field.
