姜黄素联合曲克芦丁对急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察姜黄素联合曲克芦丁治疗急性重症胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)的临床效果。方法:选择2019年2月至2020年2月于乐山市人民医院肝胆胰外科诊断并住院治疗的84例SAP为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用西医常规治疗法,观察组在其基础上给予姜黄素联合曲克芦丁治疗,治疗1周后,比较两组患者临床疗效、炎症反应指标及肠道功能的变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组肠道功能恢复时间及住院日程较对照组明显缩短(P <0.05);且双歧杆菌与乳酸杆菌含量较对照组和本组治疗前均明显增加,而大肠杆菌、肠球菌、内毒素、D-乳酸、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:SAP患者予以姜黄素联合曲克芦丁治疗能够减轻患者的炎症反应,促进肠道功能恢复,对病情改善具有较好的疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of curcumin combined with troxerutin in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:This study included 84 SAP patients who were diagnosed and hospi⁃talized from February 2019 to February 2020 in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery at People’s Hospital of Leshan.These patients were randomized to control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given curcumin combined with troxerutin in addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment.The clinical out⁃come,inflammatory response markers,and intestinal function were compared between the two groups after 1-week treatment.Results:The recovery time of intestinal function and the length of hospitalization following treatment were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the propor⁃tions of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were significantly increased in the observation group,and they were signif⁃icantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);In contrast,significant reductions were observed in Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,endotoxin,D-lactic acid,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin combined with troxerutin for SAP patients can reduce the inflammatory response and promote intestinal function recovery,and has good efficacy in improving patients'condition.
