新冠肺炎疫情下大学生心理健康影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间大学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法选取四川省5所高校大学生共7423名,于2020年2月15-28日使用自编一般信息问卷与心理状态自评量表对疫情下大学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果疫情期间大学生心理健康状况在性别、年级、专业、个人恋爱状况、居住地的疫情程度及家人是否在疫情一线工作方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生明显优于女生,文史类和艺体类学生优于理工类学生,非医学和非心理专业学生优于医学和心理专业学生,单身学生优于恋爱和失恋学生,疫情严重地区(确诊人数≥10000人)或有家人在疫情一线工作的学生心理健康状况明显低于其他地区(P<0.05)。结论疫情期间大学生心理健康状况受多种因素影响,针对不同大学生群体应采取不同的心理健康干预措施。Objective To explore the mental health status of college students during COVID-19 epidemic and its influencing factors.Methods From February 15 to 28,2020,a total of 7423 college students from 5 universities in Sichuan Province were selected for the investigation of the mental health status of college students under the epidemic situation by using the self-compiled general Information questionnaire and mental state self-rating scale.Results During the epidemic period,there were statistically significant differences in the mental health status of college students in gender,grade,major,personal love status,extent of epidemic in the place of residence and whether their family members worked in the front line of the epidemic(P<0.05).In terms of mental health status,male students were significantly better than female students,students of literature and history,arts and sports were better than students of science and engineering,students of non-medical and non psychological majors were better than students of medical and psychological majors,single students were better than students in love and lovelorn students,and students in severe epidemic area(confirmed cases≥10000)or with family members working on the front line of epidemic were significantly worse than students in other areas(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status of college students during the epidemic is affected by many factors.Different mental health interventions should be taken for different groups of college students.
