摘 要:针对嫦娥五号月球探测器发射前塔架上整流罩内恶劣环境操作需求,提出了探测器发射前整流罩内的装配工艺方案,并开展数字化仿真设计,根据仿真结果和塔架实际工况,完善了整流罩开口尺寸和位置设计,研制了轻质型、灵活性操作平台,解决了探测器整流罩内高风险操作、工艺装备塔架固定等难题,实现了发射前塔架上可靠、安全的总装,确保了嫦娥五号总体装配任务的顺利完成。In view of the harsh operating environment inside the fairing on the tower of the chang’e-5 lunar probe,the assembly process scheme in the fairing before the launch of the detector is proposed,and the process simulation is carried out.According to the simulation results and the actual situation of the tower,the size and position of the fairing opening are improved,and the lightweight and flexible operation platform is designed.The problems of high-risk operation in the detector fairing,fixing of process equipment tower and lightweight design are solved.The reliable and safe operation on the tower of the launch site is realized,and the complete success of the overall assembly task of chang’e-5 model is ensured.
