槲蕨生殖方式新观察-“绿色瘤状体”的发生

摘　　要：生殖方式对揭示植物界个体发育、种族延续以及探究植物界各大类群演化过程具有重要意义。本文以常规条件下培养的槲蕨(Drynaria roosii)配子体为材料,在体视显微镜下发现了配子体表面着生有可发育为新植株的绿色瘤状体,利用扫描电镜观察其表面及剖面,结果表明:绿色瘤状体着生于配子体中肋处,背腹面均有分布且大小不均;形状不规则,表面密布毛状体和鳞片;绿色瘤状体结构简单、不具维管束,细胞内部具有直径3-10μm的光滑圆球;已形成的瘤状体可以继续分裂产生新的小瘤状体。通过与有性生殖等方式比较,本文认为该结构的形成很可能是一种新的生殖方式,并将此结构命名为绿色瘤状体(green tuberculate body, GTB)。Reproductive mode is of great significance to reveal the ontogeny,ethnic continuity and the evolution of major groups in the plant kingdom.In this paper,Drynaria roosii was cultured under conventional conditions.There were green tuberculate bodies on the surface of the gametophyte under the stereomicroscope.The surface and section of the gametophyte were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the green tuberculate body was located in the middle rib of the gametophyte,distributed on both sides of the dorsal and ventral sides and the size was uneven;the shape was irregular,and the surface was densely covered with trichomes and scales;the nodule could be seen at the bottom of the green tuberculate body.In section view,there are smooth spheres with a diameter of 3-10μm and unknown function in the cells;the formed tumor bodies can continue to divide to produce new small tumor bodies,and finally develop into complete leaves.Compared with sexual reproduction and related asexual reproduction,it is considered that the formation of this structure may be a new reproductive mode,and it is named green tuberculate body(GTB).
