摘 要:对门窗材四面刨床身结构进行设计,采用有限元方法对其进行静力学分析和模态分析,并根据分析结果对不合理的结构进行优化改进,为门窗材专用四面刨的结构设计提供指导。针对门窗材四面刨的整机结构进行设计,确定关键零部件在刨床上的安装位置,为床身在静力学分析过程中的受力分析提供参考;基于ANSYS对床身进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到相应的应力云图、应变云图以及变形云图,分析表明:四面刨的床身刚度、强度均符合设计及使用要求;基于模态分析结构对床身进行结构优化,使固有频率达到加工要求,可防止共振发生,提高整机运行的稳定性,保证门窗材的加工质量。The structure of the bed used for doors and windows on all sides was designed,and the finite element method was used for static analysis and modal analysis.According to the analysis results,the unreasonable structure was optimized and improved,which could provide guidance for the structural design of special foursided planer for door and window.The whole structure of the four-sided planer was designed,and the installation position of key components on the bed were determined,which provided a reference for the analysis of the bed during the static analysis.Based on ANSYS,the static analysis and modal analysis of the bed were improved.It was concluded that a static analysis of the bed structure was carried out to obtain the corresponding stress cloud diagram,strain cloud diagram,and deformation cloud diagram.The results showed that the bed rigidity and strength of the four-sided planer could meet the design and operating requirements.Based on the modal analysis structure,the structure of the bed was optimized,so that the natural frequency satisfied the processing requirements,which could prevent resonance from occurring,improve the stability of the entire machine operation,and ensured the processing quality of the door and window materials.
