摘 要:目的:通过对在基层医院实习后期护生职业认同感的调查,了解护生职业认同感现状,并分析影响因素。方法:于2019年3月采用护生职业认同问卷对在我市某10所基层医院的实习护生进行调查。结果:护生职业认同总分为(24.46±3.84)分,5个维度中留职获益与离职风险得分最低,影响其职业认同的因素有是否愿意走上护理岗位、是否发生医院暴力及户口所在地。结论:护生的专业可塑性强,实习期是职业认知发展的关键时期,在这个时期针对可变因素进行积极干预,提高护生职业认同水平。Objective This article aims to acquire the nursing students’professional identity through investigating the nursing students who are in the late stage of their internship in the primary hospitals and analyze the influencing factors behind it.Methods In March 2019,the nursing students'occupational identity questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing students in 10 basic hospitals in Zhuhai.Results The total score of nursing students’professional identity is(24.46±3.84).Among the five dimensions,the score of retention benefit and turnover risk is the lowest.The factors affecting their professional identity include whether they are willing to work in the nursing positions and whether there is violence in hospitals.Conclusion The professional plasticity of nursing students is strong and the internship is a key period for the development of the nursing students’vocational cognition.It is effective to carry out active intervention towards the variable factors to improve the nursing students’professional identity level.
