改进型牙垫的临床应用与效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究改进型牙垫在麻醉治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年3月—2020年6月全麻或中深度镇静患者300例,并将其随机分为三组,A组、B组、C组各100例,A组患者采用传统牙垫,B组患者采用口咽通气道,C组患者采用改进型牙垫,比较三组患者的临床效果。结果:C组舌根后坠的发生率显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05);治疗后,C组患者的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)等血氧指标水平均显著高于A组、B组患者(P<0.05);C组患者的吸痰一次性成功率明显高于A组和B组,且吸痰间隔时间显著长于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:改进型牙垫可以明显减少舌根后坠等事件的发生,有效改善患者供氧功能,同时还能对患者吸痰效果还能起到促进作用,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved dental pad in anesthesia.Methods From March 2018 to June 2020,300 patients with general anesthesia or moderate deep sedation were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C with 100 cases in each group,group A with traditional dental pads,group B with oropharyngeal airway,and group C with improved dental pads.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results The incidence of glossal root fall in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05);the one-time success rate of sputum aspiration in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B,and the time interval between sputum aspiration was significantly longer than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved dental pad can significantly reduce the occurrence of tongue root falling and other events,effectively improve the oxygen supply function of patients,and also promote the sputum suction effect of patients,which has a broad clinical application and promotion prospects.
