摘　　要：随着社会“考研热”的出现,我国研究生招生规模也在日益扩大。研究生是未来科研发展的中坚力量,培养质量的好坏直接影响科技发展进步。随着研究生人数和规模的逐渐扩大,硕士研究生的学位论文质量及其全过程管理愈加困难。该文在从学校、导师和学生等多方位对硕士学位论文质量下降的原因做出了基本分析的基础上,提出了硕士学位论文质量全过程管理的建议和看法。With the emergence of the social"Postgraduate entrance exam fever",China’s graduate student enrollment scale is expanding day by day.As a large number of graduate students are the backbone of future scientific research development,the quality of graduate student training directly affects the progress of science and technology development.With the expansion of the number and scale of graduate students,it is more and more difficult to manage the dissertation quality and the whole process.Based on the basic analysis of the reasons for the decline of the quality of master’s thesis by schools,tutors and students,this paper puts forward some suggestions and views on the whole-process management of the quality of master’s thesis.
