摘  要:基于传统的电流型Cuk变换器,采用电压控制的忆阻器作为负载构建了一种新颖的非线性切换电路。利用时序图、相图、分岔图等常规的非线性手段研究了系统参数变化时系统的基本动力学行为。通过与常规负载对比发现变换器在带有忆阻负载时具有更宽的稳定工作区间。进一步,为了确保电流型忆阻Cuk变换器能够稳定工作,推导了系统稳定运行的参数域解析表达式。此外,还通过引入斜坡补偿信号使系统从混沌状态切换到稳定的周期态,从而实现系统的混沌控制。最后,采用PSIM对电路进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了系统的动力学和控制方法的有效性。By substituting the resistive load with the voltage-controlled memristive load,a novel nonlinear switching circuit based on the current-mode Cuk converter was presented.The dynamic properties of the system were demonstrated by means of time sequences,phase portraits and bifurcation diagrams.Compared with the one with the resistive load,it was found that the converter had a wider stable working range with the memristive load.Furthermore,an analytical expression for ensuring the stable operation of this memristive Cuk converter was obtained.In addition,a slope compensation signal was introduced to switch the system from a chaotic state to a stable periodic state,thereby the chaos control of the system was realized.Finally,a PSIM simulation model was constructed,and the simulation results confirmed the dynamics of the system and the effectiveness of the control method.
