摘　　要：人才培养是高校的根本职责所在,教学督导是保障教学质量、提高人才培养质量的重要环节。当前高校教学督导工作队伍建设、职能发挥等方面仍存在一些问题。文章对高校教学督导建设提出了一系列建议和思考,对不断完善高校督导工作、提高人才培养质量具有一定参考意义。Talent training is the fundamental responsibility of universities and colleges,and teaching supervision is an important link to ensure the quality of teaching and improve the quality of talent training.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of the teaching supervision team and the functioning of the teaching supervision work universities and colleges.This article puts forward a series of suggestions and thoughts on the construction of teaching supervision in universities and colleges,which has certain reference significance for continuously improving the supervision work and improving the quality of talent training in universities and colleges.
