摘　　要：前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)发病具有隐匿性,国内大多数患者接受治疗时均处于疾病晚期,亟需探索更加科学、有效的诊疗方法。外泌体是经由多种活细胞分泌的直径在30~100 nm的细胞外囊泡。在大部分肿瘤患者的多种体液中均能检测到与肿瘤相关的外泌体,其在肿瘤发生、侵袭及转移等过程中发挥重要作用。经由PCa细胞分泌的外泌体能在细胞间传递miRNA及蛋白质等成分,对肿瘤微环境进行有效调节、加速PCa细胞的生长与转移,其能在循环系统及细胞靶向性中稳定存在,显示外泌体对PCa的诊疗具有较大潜力。本文主要综述外泌体的生物学特性及在PCa诊疗方面的作用。The incidence of prostate cancer(PCa)is insidious,and most patients in China are in the late stage of the disease when they are treated.Therefore,it is necessary to explore more scientific and effective diagnosis and treatment methods for the disease.Exosomes are extracellular vesicles with a diameter of 30-100 nm secreted by a variety of living cells.Tumor-related exosomes can be detected in a variety of body fluids of most cancer patients,and they play vital functions in the process of tumor occurrence,invasion and metastasis.The exosomes secreted by PCa cells can deliver miRNA and protein components between cells,which can effectively regulate the tumor microenvironment while accelerating the growth and metastasis of PCa cells.The main focus of this article is a review of the biological characteristics of exosomes and their role in the diagnosis and treatment of PCa.
