摘　　要：本文讨论了空气循环炉低温度段的温度控制方式,提出了一种新的控温方案,解决了温度控制精度不足及稳定性较差的问题,实现了炉温均匀性的高精度控制要求。测试结果表明:该控温方案能实现炉温均匀性低于±1.5℃的要求,为实现空气循环炉的高精度温度控制提供了参考。Temperature control methods of the low temperature section of the air circulation furnace were discussed,and a new temperature control scheme was proposed to solve the problems of insufficient temperature control accuracy and poor stability,and realize the high precision control requirements of the furnace temperature uniformity.The test results show that this scheme can control the furnace temperature uniformity within ±1.5℃, and provide a reference for realizing high-precision temperature control of the air circulation furnace.
