现代学徒制背景下汽车专业师生和谐关系构建研究

摘　　要：当今时代随着我国全面深化改革的前进步伐,社会经济的迅猛发展,科技创新的不断进步,智能技术发展日新月异,培养、教育学生的方式、方法也在发生着重大变革,高校学生的人才培养方式也发生了深刻变革,现代学徒制人才培养方式是实现培养“德技”双高符合社会需求人才的必然之路,因而高校教师的思政教育工作重要性更加凸显。本文笔者研究发现当下我省较多高校教师在处理师生关系中存在不少问题,本文基于实际调研研究提出现代学徒制背景下汽车专业教师如何处理师生关系。Today,with the progress of China’s comprehensive deepening of reforms,the rapid development of social economy,the continuous progress of technological innovation,the rapid development of intelligent technology,the methods of training and educating students are also undergoing major changes.The training method has also undergone profound changes.The modern apprenticeship training method is the inevitable way to realize the cultivation of"moral and technical"talents that meet the needs of society.Therefore,the importance of ideological and political education for college teachers has become more prominent.The author of this article has found that many college teachers in our province have many problems in handling teacher-student relations.Based on actual research,this article proposes how automobile teachers should handle teacher-student relations under the background of modern apprenticeship.
