摘　　要：本文以3种不同长度、不同生长状态的省沽油嫩梢和花蕾制成的干菜为研究对象,分析其主要营养成分含量。结果表明:从口感、营养品质以及产量方面综合来看,5-7cm长度省沽油是最佳的采摘状态。In this paper,Staphylea bumalda tender stems(with or without flower buds)in 3 lengths and 3 development periods were the study objects and an analysis was made on their main nutrient contents.The results showed that,from the overall consideration of taste,nutrient quality and yield,5~7 cm-long tender stems were the best for harvest.
