综合医院精神躯体共患病房女性抑郁发作患者现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的研究在综合医院中精神躯体共患病区住院女性抑郁发作患者的现状。方法根据ICD-10诊断标准,收集在2017年12月至2019年12月精神躯体共患病区住院患者中符合抑郁发作或复发性抑郁障碍女性患者的临床资料,并进行统计分析。结果共有符合诊断患者147例,平均年龄(51.90±18.73)岁,病程时间36(8,144)个月,住院天数(17.03±8.43)d,家族史阳性22例(15%),会诊次数(1.03±1.41)人次,合并躯体疾病共有95例(64.6%),精神科药物合并使用率87.8%,治疗好转率为93.9%。结论综合医院躯体共患病房中女性抑郁发作患者的共病躯体疾病更多,精神科药物合并的使用率更高。Objective To investigate the current situation of female inpatients with depressive episode in the psychosomatic comorbidity ward of general hospital.Methods According to the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria,the clinical data of female inpatients with depressive episode who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 statistically analyzed.Results A total of 147 patients were diagnosed as depressive episode,and the average age of patients was(51.90±18.73)years,the course of disease was 36(8,14)months,the hospital stay was(17.03±8.43)days,moreover,22 cases(15%)had positive family history,with(1.03±1.41)times of consultation,95 cases(64.6%)were combined with physical diseases,the combined use rate of psychiatric drugs was 87.8%,and the treatment improvement rate was 93.9%.Conclusion The female patients with depressive episode in psychosomatic comorbidity ward of general hospital have more comorbid somatic diseases,and the combined use rate of psychiatric drugs is higher.
