摘 要:某乙烯裂解炉辐射段炉管,材质为ZGCr25Ni35Nb,在服役6个月后发生局部鼓包并泄漏。通过宏观形貌分析、扫描电镜分析、金相组织检测、硬度检测和化学分析等手段对炉管失效原因进行了分析,结果表明:失效部位壁厚明显减薄,剩余壁厚只有完整壁厚的1/3;电镜观察可见明显的晶间疏松及显微孔洞;金相分析可见明显的渗碳和蠕变现象。失效模式为局部腐蚀导致管壁减薄后发生蠕变。管径突变以及焊缝余高过大造成温度场、流场等发生改变,这是炉管内壁腐蚀减薄及蠕变开裂的主要原因。The radiant section tube(made of ZGCr25Ni35Nb)of an ethylene cracker was partially bulged and leaked after six months of operation.Failures were studied by means of macro morphology analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,metallographic structure test,hardness test and chemical composition analysis.The findings showed that the remaining wall thickness of disabled part is only 1/3 of the total;apparent intergranular porosity and microporosity can be observed by electron microscope;carburization and creep deformation can be seen by metallographic analysis.It was concluded that the failure mode of tube is localized corrosion,which leads to corrosion thinning and creep deformation.
