摘  要:从电商平台上选购7批次食品接触用一次性丁腈手套作为样品,按照GB 4806.11-2016和GB 31604.8-2016所述方法,分别以4%乙酸、20%乙醇、50%乙醇为模拟物,测定丁腈手套在不同迁移时间和迁移方式下的总迁移量。结果表明,在40℃、2h的条件下仅有2批次合格,合格率为28.6%,总迁移量随时间延长而增大,迁移测试池法的试验结果小于全浸没法。为探究不合格原因,采用红外光谱(IR)和热失重分析(TGA)对样品进行进一步分析,结果发现不合格样品中填料较多。Seven batches of disposable nitrile gloves for food contact using were purchased from the e-commerce platform.These samples were determined by the methods given in the standards of GB 4806.11-2016 and GB 31604.8-2016.4%acetic acid,20%ethanol and 50%ethanol were taken as food simulants.Only 2 batches were qualified under the condition of 40℃and 2 h,and the pass rate was only 28.6%.The overall migration quantity was increased with the time extension.The result of migration pooltest was less than that of full immersion method.In order to investigate the cause of non-conformity,infrared spectroscopy(IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)were used for further analyzing.It was found that there are more fillers in the unqualified samples.
