新时代高校学生党员再教育培养的方法和路径探析

摘　　要：全面从严治党以来,作为新时代高校大学生被发展入党后部分新党员仍然存在党性观念淡薄、理论水平不高、党员意识不强、发挥先锋模范作用不够、志愿服务与奉献意识主动性不够等现象,同时,高校在党员再教育培养中还存在机制不够完善等问题。因此,通过完善高校学生党员再教育培养的工作方法,探索高校学生党员再教育培养的有效路径,以更好地围绕高校立德树人根本任务,培养新时代全面发展的高质量大学生党员。Since administering the party strictly,as college students in the new era,after being developed into the party,there are still phenomena such as weak conception of party spirit,low theoretical level,low party member awareness,insufficient pioneering and exemplary role,and insufficient voluntary service and dedication awareness.There are still problems such as insufficient mechanisms in the re-education and training of party members in colleges and universities.Therefore,by improving the working methods of re-education and training of college student party members,explore effective ways of re-education and training of college student party members.To better focus on the fundamental task of establishing morality in colleges and universities,and to train high-quality college student party members for all-round development in the new era.
