摘　　要：国际化业已成为当下世界范围内高等教育发展的重要方向,而随着我国"双一流"战略的持续推进,有关国际化概念、内涵和价值的研究也越来越具有重要意义。文章通过对三大主流国际性高等教育专业协会对国际化概念的定义进行分析、比较和评价,发现三者均存在一定程度的相似性,更侧重于国际学生和学者的流动性以及课程的国际化水平,其关注点更多地集中于技术实施和数据化指标方面,而对于涉及国际参与中的道德、文化以及隐含的不平等现象则较少论及,需要得到更深层次的反思与重构。Internationalization has become an important direction for the development of higher education all over the world.With the continuous advancement of China’s"double first-class"strategy,the research on the concept,connotation and value of internationalization is becoming more and more important.Through the analysis,comparison and evaluation of the definition of internationalization in three major international higher education professional associations,this paper finds that there are some similarities among them:they focus on the mobility of international students and scholars and the internationalization of courses.It is still focus on the technical implementation and data-based indicators,while the moral,cultural,and implicit inequalities involved in international participation are less discussed,which requires deeper reflection andreconstruction.
