摘　　要：大学生创业胜任力是在创业过程中大学生所获取绩优效益的高层次个体特征。为培育大学生创业胜任力,通过理论研究推导与案例文本分析,从内隐与外显两个维度构建了基于乡村振兴驱动的大学生创业胜任力的结构模型,涵盖能力、品质、动机、情境、知识、技能等维度结构的30个要素。通过编制问卷量表并进行施测,验证了大学生创业胜任力的结构模型的科学性与合理性。最后,基于结构模型,从显性胜任力和隐性胜任力两个层面提出发展培育大学生创业胜任力的路径方略。The entrepreneurial competence of college students is a high-level individual characteristic of excellent performance and benefits.Under the background of rural revitalization,development and cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial competence is conducive to improvement of entrepreneurial performance,it will help prosper rural economy and balance urban and rural development.To cultivate college students’entrepreneurial competenceeffectively,the college students’entrepreneurial competence structure model is constructedfrom implicit and explicitdimensions,covering 30 dimension structure elements,such as capacity,quality,motivation,situation,knowledge,skills and the like.And the scientificity and rationality of the mode is verified by means of a questionnaire survey.Finally,based on the constructed model,the path strategies are suggested to develop and cultivate college students’entrepreneurial competence from two aspects of explicit competency and implicit competence.
